The pY20 monoclonal antibody recognizes phosphorylated tyrosine residues (p-Tyr) on proteins. Phosphorylation of specific tyrosine residues plays a key role in intracellular signaling cascades. Detection of p-Tyr residues is valuable for characterizing and purifying phosphorylated proteins and understanding their associated biochemical pathways.
