Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
PTP1B (PTPN1) is a tyrosine-protein phosphatase that regulates the endoplasmic reticulum unfolded protein response by mediating dephosphorylation of EIF2AK3/PERK, thereby inactivating its kinase activity.
It is involved in CKII- and p60c-src-induced signal transduction cascades, regulates EFNA5-EPHA3 signaling for cell reorganization and repulsion, and modulates hepatocyte growth factor receptor signaling through dephosphorylation of MET.
