Target Information
Isoform 1은 비정상 단백질의 응집을 방지하는 세포외 샤페론으로 작용합니다.
혈장 단백질의 스트레스 유도 응집을 억제하며, 다양한 응집성 단백질(APP, APOC2, B2M, CALCA, CSN3, SNCA 등)의 아밀로이드 섬유 형성을 억제합니다.
ATP를 필요로 하지 않으며, 다른 샤페론(HSPA8/HSC70)에 의한 재접힘을 위한 부분적으로 풀린 상태를 유지시킵니다.
세포 표면 수용체 결합을 통해 샤페론-클라이언트 복합체의 내부화 및 리소좀 또는 프로테아좀 분해를 유도합니다.
분비형 isoform 1은 세포를 아폽토시스 및 보체에 의한 세포 용해로부터 보호합니다.
세포 내 isoform은 ubiquitin 및 SCF E3 ligase 복합체와 상호작용하여 표적 단백질의 유비퀴틴화 및 프로테아좀 분해를 촉진합니다.
COMMD1과 IKBKB의 분해를 촉진하고 NF-κB 전사 활성 조절에 관여합니다.
핵 내 isoform은 아폽토시스를 촉진하며, 미토콘드리아 isoform은 BAX 의존적 cytochrome c 방출을 억제하여 아폽토시스를 방지합니다.
세포 증식 조절에도 관여합니다.
