Target Information
This gene belongs to the KDWK gene family. The encoded protein associates with GMEB2, forming a complex essential for parvovirus DNA replication. Studies of rat homologs suggest a role in modulation of glucocorticoid receptor transactivation. Two alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms exist.
