Target Information
CDK4/cyclin D3 serine/threonine kinase는 이합체 단백질 복합체로, 세포 주기 G1 단계에서 세포 증식 조절에 관여합니다.
CDK4는 D형 사이클린과 복합체를 형성하며, p16에 의해 억제됩니다.
CDK4는 Rb 단백질의 C-말단 영역을 인산화하여 E2F 복합체의 전사 억제를 활성화시킬 수 있습니다.
CDC37과 HSP90은 D형 사이클린에 결합하지 않은 CDK4와 주로 결합합니다.
SMAD3는 CDK4 및 CDK2의 주요 생리적 기질이며, CDK6과 CDK4는 Rb 단백질의 서로 다른 잔기를 선택적으로 인산화합니다 (CDK6: Thr821, CDK4: Thr826).
