The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. Purity is >95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Target Information
Alpha-1-B glycoprotein (A1BG) is a plasma protein belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily, with no known biological function. It consists of one polypeptide chain of 474 amino acids (~63 kDa) containing five intrachain disulfide bonds and four glucosamine oligosaccharides. A1BG forms a complex with cysteine-rich secretory protein 3 (CRISP-3), which may protect against harmful effects of free CRISP-3 in circulation.
