Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 minutes at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.

HSP90 is a 90 kDa protein induced under stress conditions and is also abundant under non-stress conditions.
HSP90 proteins are highly conserved molecular chaperones with key roles in:

- Morphologic evolution
HSP90 associates with other cochaperones and intracellular proteins such as steroid receptors, actin, tubulin, aryl hydrocarbon (Ah) receptor, and certain kinases.
