Preparation:
This antibody was obtained from a rabbit immunized with purified, recombinant Mouse CD200R (Met1–Pro238) and conjugated with PE under optimum conditions. Unreacted PE was removed.
Storage:
Can be stored at 2–8°C for twelve months without detectable loss of activity. Protect from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze. Sodium azide is toxic; dispose properly by flushing with large volumes of water.
Target Information
CD200R (OX2R) is a receptor for the OX-2 membrane glycoprotein. Both receptor and substrate are cell surface glycoproteins containing two immunoglobulin-like domains.
CD200R is restricted to myeloid lineage cell surfaces and may function as a myeloid downregulatory signal. In mouse, CD200R is expressed primarily by peripheral blood monocytes and neutrophils, as well as other leukocytes including T-lymphocytes and mast cells.
Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. Diseases associated with CD200R dysfunction include primary hypertrophic osteoarthropathy.
