MIH4 단일클론 항체는 인간 PD-1 (programmed death-1) 단백질을 인식합니다. PD-1은 면역글로불린 초가족에 속하며 ITIM 모티프를 포함하고, 말초 내성 및 자가면역 조절에 중요한 역할을 합니다. PD-1은 주로 활성화된 T 및 B 림프구에서 발현됩니다. PD-L1(B7-H1) 및 PD-L2(B7-DC)는 PD-1의 리간드로 알려져 있으며, 항원제시세포에서 발현이 증가합니다.
MIH4 항체는 J105 클론과 다른 에피토프를 인식합니다.
Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis
Applications Tested: PHA 자극된 인간 말초혈액세포에서 테스트됨. 사용 권장량은 5 µL (2.0 µg)/test이며, 최종 부피 100 µL 기준으로 세포 수는 10⁵~10⁸ cells/test 범위에서 조정 가능.

Target Information
PD-1 (PDCD-1)은 T 세포 활성화 후 발현되어 APC로부터 억제 신호를 매개합니다. PD-1은 두 리간드인 PDL-1 및 PDL-2와 결합하여 면역 반응을 억제합니다. PD-1 결핍 생쥐는 과활성화된 면역 반응과 자가면역 질환을 나타냅니다. SDS-PAGE에서 PD-1은 예측된 분자량보다 높게 이동하는 경향이 있습니다.
