Recombinant rabbit Superclonal™ antibodies are unique offerings from Thermo Fisher Scientific. They consist of multiple different recombinant monoclonal antibodies, combining the sensitivity of polyclonal antibodies with the specificity and consistency of monoclonal antibodies.

These antibodies recognize multiple epitope sites on the target, providing higher detection sensitivity for low-abundance targets. Each lot contains a defined mixture of light and heavy chains, ensuring reproducibility and eliminating biological variability seen in traditional polyclonal antibody production.

Target Information

Digoxin (digitalis) is a purified cardiac glycoside extracted from Digitalis lanata. Its aglycone is digoxigenin, and its acetyl derivative is acetyldigoxin. Digoxin is widely used for treating atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, and certain heart failure conditions. It is also used as an affinity system for nonradioactive labeling and detection of proteins and nucleic acids.
