Product Specific Information
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned and screened to select optimal candidates for production.

Target Information
PIK3R3 binds to activated (phosphorylated) protein-tyrosine kinases through its SH2 domain and regulates kinase activity. During insulin stimulation, it also binds to IRS-1.
It is part of a heterodimer composed of p110 (catalytic) and p55 (regulatory) subunits.
Highly expressed in brain and testis; lower levels in adipose tissue, kidney, heart, lung, and skeletal muscle.
The protein contains two SH2 domains.
