Product Specific Information
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.

Target Information
IRF1 (Interferon Regulatory Factor 1) encodes a transcription factor that activates interferons alpha and beta. In mouse models, IRF1 is required for double-stranded RNA induction of these genes.
IRF1 also activates genes induced by interferons alpha, beta, and gamma, and plays roles in apoptosis regulation and tumor suppression.
Diseases associated with IRF1 include gastric cancer (somatic) and lung cancer.
