Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs, approximately 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse TFPI-2 is observed and less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human TFPI-1 is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
- Endotoxin level is <0.10 EU per 1 µg of the antibody by the LAL method.
Target Information
TFPI2 may play a role in the regulation of plasmin-mediated matrix remodeling. It inhibits trypsin, plasmin, factor VIIa/tissue factor, and weakly factor Xa. TFPI2 has no effect on thrombin.
