Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs and Western blots, approximately 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant human Stella is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
- Endotoxin level is <0.10 EU per 1 µg of the antibody by the LAL method.
Target Information
DPPa3 (Stella-related protein) is a stem cell marker protein restricted to pluripotent human embryonic stem cells, premeiotic germ lineage cells, and testicular germ cell tumor cells.
Also known as developmental pluripotency-associated protein 3, it is expressed in primordial germ cells, oocytes, preimplantation embryos, and pluripotent cells.
This protein has a SAP-like domain and a splicing factor motif-like structure, suggesting possible roles in chromosomal organization or RNA processing.
