Product Specific Information
This antibody detects recombinant human (rh) IGSF4C/SynCAM4 in direct ELISAs and Western blots.
No cross-reactivity with rhIGSF4A, rhIGSF4B, rhIGSF4D, or rhIGSF8 is observed.
Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
CADM4 is involved in cell–cell adhesion and exhibits calcium- and magnesium-independent adhesion activity.
It may have tumor-suppressor activity.
