Target Information
CD146 (MCAM)은 면역글로불린 초가족에 속하는 막 단백질로, 주로 내피세포의 세포 간 접합부에 존재합니다.
칼슘 비의존적 세포 부착 분자로 작용하며, Fyn kinase를 매개로 세포골격 단백질의 인산화를 유도하는 신호전달 기능을 수행합니다.
혈관 내피세포의 결합 유지, 종양세포의 혈행성 전이, 신경능선세포의 발달 등 다양한 생물학적 과정에 관여합니다.
