Target Information
BetaIII-tubulin isoform은 신경세포 기원의 세포에서 주로 발현되며, 신경분화의 초기 마커 중 하나입니다.
이 단백질은 신경세포 및 그로부터 유래한 종양을 특이적으로 탐지하는 probe로 사용됩니다.
또한, 정소의 Sertoli 세포 및 비신경성 배아 조직에서도 일시적으로 발현되는 것으로 보고되었습니다.
