- Intact IgG appears on a non-reducing gel as an approximately 150 kDa band, and upon reduction generates ~25 kDa light chain and ~50 kDa heavy chain bands.

Target Information
IL-35 (Interleukin 35) is a cytokine of the IL-12 family produced by regulatory T cells. It is a dimeric protein composed of IL-12-alpha and IL-27-beta chains.
This cytokine family influences T helper cell differentiation and suppresses inflammatory responses. IL-35 promotes proliferation of regulatory T cells and reduces Th17 cell activity.
