IL-1F10 (Interleukin-1 family member 10, FIL1T, IL1HY2, FKSG75로도 알려짐)은 피부, 비장 및 편도의 증식성 B세포에서 높게 발현됩니다.
IL-1F10은 soluble IL-1 receptor type 1과 결합하며, 염색체 2에 위치한 9개의 IL-1 family 중 하나로, 적응 및 선천성 면역 반응 조절에 관여합니다.
IL-1F10 및 IL-1RN 다형성은 류머티즘 관절염 발병 감수성에 영향을 미칠 수 있습니다.
