Target Information
Treslin (TICRR) is a regulator of DNA replication and S/M and G2/M checkpoints. It regulates the initiation of DNA replication via interaction with TOPBP1 and participates in CDK2-mediated loading of CDC45L onto replication origins. It is required for the transition from the pre-replication complex (pre-RC) to the pre-initiation complex (pre-IC) and helps prevent mitotic entry following ionizing radiation treatment.
