To use this carrier-free antibody for conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Chromatin assembly factor 1 (CAF-1) is a member of the histone chaperone family. It is essential for the inheritance of epigenetically determined chromosomal states and facilitates chromatin assembly during DNA replication and repair.
CAF-1 consists of three subunits: p150, p60, and p48. This complex is localized in the nucleus of human cells, and its composition and biochemical activity are conserved across human, yeast, and Drosophila.
