Target Information
CD25 (IL2 receptor alpha chain, IL2RA)는 T 및 B 림프구의 증식에 관여하는 사이토카인 수용체 단백질입니다. IL2RA는 IL2Rβ 및 IL2Rγ와 함께 고친화성 IL2 수용체를 형성합니다. IL2는 주로 성숙한 T 세포에서 생산되며, B 세포 증식 촉진, NK 세포 활성 증가, 과립구-대식세포 집락 형성 억제 등 면역 반응 조절에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
마우스에서 유사한 유전자의 결손은 궤양성 대장염 유사 질환을 유발하며, 이는 항원 자극에 대한 면역 반응 조절에 IL2RA가 관여함을 시사합니다.
이 유전자 변이는 interleukin 2 receptor alpha deficiency와 관련이 있습니다.
