Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned and screened to select optimal candidates for production.

Target Information
Mammalian Sin3 (mSin3) is a 150 kDa protein homologous to yeast SIN3, involved in transcriptional repression of multiple genes. Two isoforms exist: mSin3A and mSin3B.
Both contain four paired amphipathic helix (PAH) domains and interact directly with several transcriptional repressors, including:
- HDAC1, HDAC2, RbAp46
- MeCP2, Mad/Max heterodimer
- SMRT and N-CoR corepressors
