Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. Antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned and screened to select optimal candidates for production.

Target Information
Mu-Calpain (Calpain-I) and m-Calpain (Calpain-II) are intracellular, calcium-dependent cysteine proteases.
Mu-Calpain shows micromolar calcium sensitivity, whereas m-Calpain exhibits millimolar calcium sensitivity.
