The MU5UBEE monoclonal antibody reacts with human and non-human primate CD185 (CXCR5/BLR1), a seven-transmembrane G protein-coupled receptor originally identified in Burkitt’s lymphoma.
CD185 is expressed on B cells, CD4⁺ T cells, and memory (CD45RO⁺) T cells, playing a key role in lymphocyte trafficking and follicular helper T cell identification.
