Store vial at -20°C prior to opening. Aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below for extended storage. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.

This antibody reacts with endogenous c-Myb protein and SUMOylated overexpressed c-Myb protein in transfected Cos7 cells. BLAST analysis suggests reactivity with c-Myb from mouse (100% homology with immunizing sequence). Expected reactivity also includes c-Myb from rat, pig, human, horse, platypus, opossum, orangutan, spider monkey, bonobo, gorilla, and chimpanzee; v-myb myeloblastosis viral oncogene homolog (all isoforms, including avian version) from human; and protooncogene c-myb and v-myb myeloblastosis viral oncogene homolog (avian) from cattle, all based on 93% homology. Cross-reactivity with c-Myb from other sources has not been determined.
