Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs, less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human IL-20 R alpha, IL-10 R, and IL-20 R beta is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
- Endotoxin level is <0.20 EU per 1 µg of the antibody by the LAL method.
Target Information
Natural killer (NK) cells in teleosts and their evolutionary homologues are a subpopulation of lymphocytes with properties that distinguish them from either B- or T-cells.
