Preparation:
Produced from sera of rabbits immunized with highly pure Recombinant Human IL-1RA. The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography and subsequently biotinylated.
Sandwich ELISA:
- Recommended concentration: 0.25–1.0 µg/mL
- In conjunction with PeproTech Polyclonal Anti-Human IL-1RA (500-P209) as capture antibody
- Detects ≥0.2–0.4 ng/well of Recombinant Human IL-1RA
Western Blot:

It serves as a receptor for IL1A, IL1B, and IL1R1/IL1RA, playing a key role in cytokine-induced immune and inflammatory responses. This gene forms part of a cytokine receptor cluster on chromosome 2q12, along with IL1R2, IL1RL2, and IL1RL1.
