Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
NTRK3 (TRKC) is part of the neurotrophic factor family, essential for development and maintenance of the mammalian nervous system.
Known substrates include SHC, PI-3 kinase, and PLCG1. Isoforms differ in signaling properties, with isoform B more abundant in adult brain than fetal brain.
TRKC undergoes ligand-mediated auto-phosphorylation and contains 2 immunoglobulin-like C2-type domains and 2 leucine-rich (LRR) repeats.
