- For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.

NTRK3 (TRKC)는 신경영양 인자(neurotrophic factor) 계열에 속하는 단백질로, 포유류 신경계의 발달과 유지에 중요한 역할을 합니다. TRK 수용체의 알려진 기질은 SHC, PI-3 kinase, PLCG1이며, 다양한 동형체는 서로 다른 신호 특성을 가집니다. 이 단백질은 주로 신경 조직에서 발현되며, 성인 뇌에서 태아 뇌보다 isoform B가 더 많이 발현됩니다. TRKC는 리간드 매개 자가 인산화(auto-phosphorylation)를 겪으며, 단백질 구조에는 2개의 immunoglobulin-like C2-type domain과 2개의 leucine-rich repeat (LRR)이 포함되어 있습니다.
