Description:
Rat IgG2b kappa monoclonal antibody로, 동형대조용 면역글로불린으로 사용됩니다.

Applications Reported:
이 eB149/10H5 항체는 Flow Cytometric 분석에 사용된 것으로 보고되었습니다.

Applications Tested:
정상 인간 말초혈액 및 생쥐 골수세포를 대상으로 Flow Cytometric 분석을 통해 시험되었습니다. 실험 항체와 동일한 농도로 사용하십시오.

Fluorochrome Information:
Brilliant Ultra Violet™ 563 (BUV563)은 564 nm에서 방출되는 탠덤 형광체로, UV(355 nm) 레이저가 장착된 유세포 분석기에 적합합니다. 장비가 해당 형광체를 감지할 수 있는지 확인하십시오.

Staining Buffer Recommendation:
Super Bright, Brilliant Violet™, Brilliant Ultra Violet™ 또는 기타 폴리머 형광체가 결합된 항체를 복수로 사용할 경우,

Brilliant Stain Buffer™ (Product # 00-4409-75)

Light Sensitivity:
본 형광체는 광산화에 민감하므로, 시료 및 바이알을 빛으로부터 보호하십시오.

Fixation:
