The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen. Purity >95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Target Information
TFPT is a component of the chromatin-remodeling INO80 complex, involved in DNA repair, checkpoint regulation, DNA replication, telomere maintenance, and chromosome segregation. It promotes apoptosis in a TP53/p53-independent manner.
