0.5 µg/mL의 MA5-45200은 색도 면역블롯 분석에서 50 ng의 정제된 alpha B crystallin 검출에 충분하며, 2차 항체로 Goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP를 사용함. 약 20 kDa 단백질을 검출하며, alpha A-crystallin, beta L/H-crystallin, gamma-crystallin, HSP25/27/47과 교차 반응하지 않음.
Target Information
렌즈 단백질은 약 95%가 crystallin으로 구성되며, α, β, γ 세 가지 주요 클래스가 있음. α-crystallin은 α-A와 α-B 두 유전자 산물로 구성된 가장 큰 crystallin으로, 렌즈의 굴절률 유지 및 단백질 응집 방지 역할을 함. α-B crystallin은 세포 스트레스 반응에 관여하며, Alexander 병과 관련되어 뇌세포 내 축적됨.
