0.5 µg/mL의 MA5-45198은 Goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP를 2차 항체로 사용한 colorimetric immunoblot 분석에서 50 ng의 정제된 alpha B crystallin 검출에 충분했습니다. 약 20 kDa 단백질을 검출하며, 예측 분자량은 약 21 kDa입니다. Alpha A-crystallin, beta L/H-crystallin, gamma-crystallin, HSP25, HSP27, HSP47과 교차 반응하지 않습니다.
Target Information
렌즈 단백질은 약 95%가 crystallin으로 구성되며, 근육 조직에서도 발견됩니다. 렌즈에서 crystallin은 굴절률 유지에 중요한 구조적 역할을 합니다. 포유류 렌즈에는 alpha, beta, gamma 세 가지 주요 crystallin이 존재하며, alpha-crystallin은 alpha-A와 alpha-B 두 유전자 산물로 구성됩니다. Beta-crystallin은 최소 5개의 단백질로 구성되며, gamma-crystallin은 단일체 형태입니다. Alpha-crystallin은 전체 렌즈 단백질의 약 40%를 차지하며, 단백질 응집을 방지해 백내장 형성을 억제하는 샤페론 역할을 합니다. Alpha-B crystallin은 세포 스트레스 반응 및 단백질 유지에 관여하며, Alexander 병과 관련이 있습니다.
