Target Information
Albumin은 약 65–67 kDa의 단일체 단백질로, 혈청 단백질의 약 절반을 차지합니다. Human serum albumin (HSA)은 혈장 내 가장 풍부한 단백질로, 약 20일의 반감기를 가지며, 스테로이드, 지방산, 갑상선 호르몬 등의 운반체 역할을 합니다. 또한 세포외액의 삼투압 유지에 중요한 기능을 수행합니다. Albumin은 간에서 pre-pro-albumin 형태로 합성되어 N-terminal 펩타이드가 제거된 후 분비됩니다. 수분, Ca²⁺, Na⁺, K⁺, 지방산, 호르몬, 빌리루빈, 약물 등에 결합할 수 있으며, 혈액의 교질 삼투압 조절에 관여합니다.
