Target Information
CD34는 111–115 kDa 범위의 고도로 당화된 단량체 표면 단백질로, 다양한 줄기세포 집단에서 발현됩니다. 인간 조혈줄기세포에서 가역적으로 발현되며, 세포 부착, 분화, 증식 조절에 관여하는 수용체 역할을 할 수 있습니다. 또한 CD34는 줄기세포가 골수 기질세포나 세포외기질에 부착하는 데 관여하는 부착 분자로서의 기능을 가질 수 있습니다. 이 단백질은 선택틴(selectin)에 대한 탄수화물 리간드 제시에 관여할 가능성이 있으며, 세포 내 영역은 protein kinase C에 의해 인산화되어 신호전달에 역할을 할 수 있습니다. CD34 이상 발현은 dermatofibrosarcoma 및 neurofibroma와 관련이 있습니다.
