Target Information
CD34는 111–115 kDa의 고도로 당화된 단량체 표면 단백질로, 다양한 줄기세포 집단에서 발현됩니다. 인간 조혈줄기세포에서의 CD34 발현은 가역적이며, 수용체 매개 내포작용을 통해 부착, 분화, 증식을 조절할 수 있습니다. CD34는 줄기세포가 골수 기질세포나 세포외기질에 부착하도록 매개하는 부착 분자로 작용할 가능성이 있으며, 선택적 당사슬 결합을 통해 렉틴과의 상호작용을 돕습니다. 또한 CD34의 세포내 도메인은 단백질 키나아제 C에 의해 인산화되어 신호전달에 관여할 수 있습니다. CD34 이상 발현은 dermatofibrosarcoma 및 neurofibroma와 관련이 있습니다.
