Target Information
CD34는 111–115 kDa 범위의 고도로 당화된 단량체 표면 단백질로, 다양한 줄기세포 집단에서 발현됩니다.
조혈 줄기세포 마커로 알려져 있으며, 인간 조혈 줄기세포에서의 발현은 가역적입니다.
CD34는 세포 부착, 분화, 증식 조절에 관여하는 수용체로 작용할 수 있으며, 줄기세포가 골수 기질세포 또는 세포외 기질에 부착하도록 매개하는 접착 분자로 기능할 가능성이 있습니다.
또한 CD34는 당사슬 부착을 위한 스캐폴드 역할을 하여, 줄기세포가 렉틴과 결합할 수 있도록 돕습니다.
세포 내 사슬은 단백질 키나아제 C에 의해 인산화되어 신호전달에 관여할 수 있습니다.
CD34 기능 이상은 피부섬유육종(dermatofibrosarcoma) 및 신경섬유종(neurofibroma)과 연관되어 있습니다.
