Target Information
WEE1은 Ser/Thr kinase로 분류되며, 여러 CDK를 티로신 인산화로 불활성화시키는 역할을 합니다. Wee1 단백질은 CDC2/cyclin B kinase의 억제성 티로신 인산화를 촉매하여, DNA 복제와 유사분열 사이의 전이를 조절하고 세포핵을 세포질 내 활성화된 CDC2 kinase로부터 보호합니다.
