Target Information
Bone marrow tyrosine kinase (BMX) is a non-receptor tyrosine kinase belonging to the SRC-related TEC subfamily. It regulates apoptosis, cell survival, differentiation, migration, and transformation. The TEC family includes TEC, TXK, ITK, and BTK genes, homologous to Drosophila Src28 TK, and contains SH3 and SH2 domains upstream of the TK domain.
