This product is a low-endotoxin, preservative-free formulation.
For FACS analysis, use 10 µL of the suggested working dilution to label 1×10^6 cells in 100 µL.
A suggested positive control for immunohistochemical applications is tonsil.
For cytotoxic assays, use human serum as a complement source.
Rat anti-human CD52 antibody, clone YTH34.5, reacts with the human CD52 antigen, also known as CAMPATH-1.
Target Information
CD52, also known as CAMPATH-1 antigen, is a glycoprotein expressed on the surface of various immune cells, including T and B lymphocytes, natural killer cells, and monocytes.
It plays a role in immune regulation and is a therapeutic target in diseases such as multiple sclerosis, chronic lymphocytic leukemia, and autoimmune disorders.
CD52 is the target of alemtuzumab, a monoclonal antibody used to deplete CD52-expressing immune cells.
