Reconstitute with 1 mL of distilled water. After reconstitution, store undiluted at 4°C in the dark.

Rat anti-Dog CD45 antibody, clone YKIX716.13 recognizes canine CD45, also known as leukocyte common antigen, clustered as Canine CD45 in the First Canine Leukocyte Antigen Workshop (CLAW).
Target Information
CD45 (LCA, leukocyte common antigen) is a receptor-type protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP) expressed in all nucleated hematopoietic cells, comprising about 10% of all surface proteins in lymphocytes. It is absent on non-hematopoietic cells and tissues.
CD45 glycoprotein plays a crucial role in lymphocyte development and antigen signaling, regulating Src-family kinases. Multiple isoforms exist due to alternative splicing, differing in extracellular domains but sharing identical transmembrane and cytoplasmic domains.
CD45RA is an isoform with restricted expression among lymphoid cell subtypes. CD45 regulates T- and B-cell antigen receptor signaling, suppresses JAK kinases, and modulates cytokine receptor signaling. It also promotes cell survival and affects integrin-mediated signaling, apoptosis, and immunological functions.
