For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

ROR2 (receptor tyrosine kinase-like orphan receptor 2) is a type I transmembrane protein belonging to the ROR subfamily of cell surface receptors. It is involved in early chondrocyte formation, cartilage, and growth plate development. ROR2 is highly expressed during early embryonic development, with expression decreasing significantly by day 16 and remaining low in adult tissues.

Defects in ROR2 are associated with:

• Brachydactyly type B1 (BDB1): An autosomal dominant skeletal disorder characterized by hypoplasia/aplasia of distal phalanges and nails.
• Recessive Robinow syndrome (RRS): An autosomal disorder involving skeletal dysplasia, limb bone shortening, spinal defects, and facial dysmorphism.

The protein includes:

• 1 Frizzled (FZ) domain
• 1 Immunoglobulin-like C2-type domain
• 1 Kringle domain
