Product Specific Information

For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

ROR2 (receptor tyrosine kinase-like orphan receptor 2) is a type I transmembrane protein belonging to the ROR subfamily of cell surface receptors. It is involved in chondrocyte formation, cartilage development, and growth plate formation.
Expression is high during early embryonic development but decreases significantly after day 16, remaining low in adult tissues.

Defects in ROR2 are associated with:

• Brachydactyly Type B1 (BDB1): Autosomal dominant skeletal disorder with hypoplasia/aplasia of distal phalanges and nails.
• Robinow Syndrome (RRS): Autosomal recessive disorder characterized by skeletal dysplasia, limb shortening, spinal defects, brachydactyly, and distinctive facial features.

The ROR2 protein contains:

• 1 Frizzled (FZ) domain
• 1 Immunoglobulin-like C2-type domain
• 1 Kringle domain
