- In direct ELISAs, no cross-reactivity with recombinant human IL-23 p19 and recombinant mouse IL-23 p19 was observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

Target Information
IL-12는 수지상세포, 호중구, 대식세포 및 인간 림프아구세포에서 항원 자극 시 생성되는 인터류킨입니다. IL-12는 IL-12A(p35)와 IL-12B(p40) 유전자로 구성된 이합체성 사이토카인입니다.
IL-23은 IL-12B(p40)와 IL-23A(p19)로 구성된 이합체성 사이토카인으로 IL-12와 p40 서브유닛을 공유합니다.
IL-12는 혈관 내피세포에서 접착 분자 발현을 증가시키며, 백혈구를 종양 부위로 유도하고 종양 조직의 허혈성 괴사를 촉진합니다.
IL-23은 기억 T세포의 자극, Th17 세포의 유도 및 유지에 중요한 역할을 하며, 호중구 케모카인과 다양한 염증성 사이토카인의 발현을 조절합니다.
