- In direct ELISAs, approximately 50% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse Activin RIIB is observed.
- Less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human Activin RIIA, Activin RIA, and Activin RIB is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

Target Information
ACVR2B is a type II receptor in the TGF-beta family of serine/threonine kinases, involved in activin and myostatin signaling pathways.
Activins and inhibins share amino acid homology within the TGF-beta superfamily, characterized by conserved cysteine residues.
Multiple activin receptor isoforms (type I and II) and splice variants have been identified in mammals, including activin receptor IIA and IIB variants.
