For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Insulin-like growth factor-II mRNA-binding protein-3 (IMP-3), also known as K homology domain-containing protein overexpressed in cancer (KOC) and L523S, is a member of the IGF-II mRNA-binding protein family. It is expressed during embryogenesis and in various malignancies.
IMP-3 is expressed in malignant melanoma but not in benign nevi, even with dysplastic features. It shows higher expression in melanomas than in Spitz nevi and in metastatic melanomas compared to thin melanomas.
IMP-3 may be involved in melanoma progression and regulation of tumor biological behavior.
