For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional round of desalting (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

CD22 (BL-CAM) is a type I integral membrane glycoprotein (130–140 kDa) expressed in cytoplasm and membrane of B-lymphocytes.
It appears early in B-cell differentiation along with CD19 and is mainly expressed in mature B cells (CD22+) but absent in plasma cells (CD22−).
CD22 is strongly expressed in hairy cell leukemia and positive in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and nodular lymphocyte predominance Hodgkin’s lymphoma, but negative in classical Hodgkin’s lymphoma.
It binds preferentially to α2,6-linked sialic acid and plays a role in regulation of B-cell receptor signaling through phosphorylation and interaction with Src family kinases and phosphatases.
