Target Information
Dynamin은 클라트린 코팅 소낭의 엔도사이토시스에 필요한 GTPase입니다. Drosophila melanogaster의 shibire 돌연변이 연구 중에 처음 발견되었습니다. 포유류에서는 Dynamin1, Dynamin2, Dynamin3의 세 가지 유사 이소폼이 존재하며, 각각 신경세포, 전신, 고환에서 주로 발현됩니다. 각 이소폼은 스플라이스 변이체를 가지며, 서로 다른 세포 내 표적 또는 소낭 형성 기능을 수행할 수 있습니다. Dynamin 단백질은 GTPase 도메인, pleckstrin homology 도메인, proline-rich C-말단(SH3 도메인 포함)을 특징으로 하며, AP2 어댑터 단백질 복합체 및 amphiphysin과 상호작용합니다.
