Target Information
Dynamin은 막에서 클라트린 피복 소포의 엔도사이토시스를 위해 필요한 GTPase입니다. 이 단백질의 역할은 초파리(Drosophila melanogaster)의 온도 민감성 돌연변이(shibire) 분석을 통해 처음 밝혀졌습니다.
포유류에는 Dynamin1, Dynamin2, Dynamin3의 세 가지 유사형이 존재하며, Dynamin1은 신경세포에 특이적으로 발현됩니다. 각 isoform은 여러 스플라이스 변형을 가지며, 이는 서로 다른 세포 내 표적 또는 소포 유형에 따라 기능이 달라질 수 있음을 시사합니다.
